Cancellation Policy
How it works...
Should you need to cancel your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice. I can then reschedule your appointment to a different date and time. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their treatment total.

Non-refundable deposit
Each individual treatment booked will be charged a £5 deposit to secure your appointment. This will need to be paid at the time of booking. This will be taken off your final bill.
